Refund policy

At Hankook Chinaware USA, we uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and safety. Given that our products include dinnerware, cutlery, and serveware designed for direct contact with food and dining, our return policy is necessarily strict. This ensures uncompromising hygiene, product integrity, and the well-being of our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges must be requested via email to info@hankookchinawareusa.com within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. Return lables and instructions will be provided via email upon approval.
• All approved returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing of returned merchandise. Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
• In-store returns and exchanges require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
• Returns with gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit for the purchased amount, while returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items, items marked as final sale, perishable food, and items due to normal wear and tear. 
  
• Returns or exchanges of kitchen electrics, cutlery, and certain dinnerware may require extra information and safety instructions if return request is approved.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus the 25% restocking fee, original shipping cost, and return shipping cost.
• For eligible returns, you may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future purchases.
