Shipping policy

 

At Hankook Chinaware USA, we take pride in delivering premium tableware and homeware safely and reliably to your doorstep. Below is our shipping policy to help you know what to expect.

Order Processing

  • Orders are shipped to U.S. and Canada only.
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed then delivered within 7-14 business days. Estimated delivery time will vary depending on product availability. Tracking # is auto-generated and emailed once your order is ready to be shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders only over $150 USD (before tax and discounts).
  • For orders under $150, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service (e.g. expedited, signatures).
  • Items that are bulky, heavy, or of limited availability may have a delivery surcharge in addition to standard delivery and processing charges. This charge is shown on the product page and is in addition to regular delivery and processing charges.
  • To ensure safe delivery, some products may require an adult signature (21+) upon receipt. If applicable, this requirement will be noted during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within states where Hankook Chinaware USA is legally required to collect it.
  • Tax rates vary by state and local jurisdiction and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the location where the order was received.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada only)

  • Customers are fully responsible for any required customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • We are unable to predict these costs in advance.

Delivery Delays

  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processes.

Damaged or Lost/Stolen Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at info@hankookchinawareusa.com within 3 days of delivery and we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly in processing a replacement or refund.
  • If tracking information and/or carrier photo proof confirm a package was delivered, Hankook Chinaware USA cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We will do our due diligence in assisting you with filing a claim or tracing a package, but ultimate liability rests with the shipping carrier once proof of delivery has been provided (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • To reduce risk of theft, we encourage customers to:
    • Ship to a secure location (e.g. workplace, or address with concierge service).
    • Select signature-required delivery (available for certain items).
